Filing a DMCA Notice

  3. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement:

    “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  1. Identification of the material and its location before removal.
  2. Your contact information.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or appropriate jurisdiction).
  5. Your signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

PreFiles.com will terminate user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers.

Misrepresentation Warning

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability.
