Frequently asked questions
Files on a free account are removed after a period of inactivity, counted from the last download. Files on a paid account are kept for as long as the account stays active - the exact limit for each plan is in the table above.
Yes. Open My files, pick the file and set a password on it. Anyone opening the link then has to type that password before the download starts, and the file shows a small lock so they know one is needed.
Your account goes back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted at the moment it expires: your files stay where they are, but free-account limits apply again from then on. Renewing at any time restores the premium limits.
Yes. You can buy a different plan at any time from this page, and it starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. All orders are one-time payments - you are never billed again unless the checkout says otherwise.
Payments are handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record, and refunds go through them. Consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK have a 14-day right to withdraw; other countries have their own periods. Outside that, Paddle may still approve a request made within 14 days of purchase. Ask through the link in your receipt e-mail, and see our Refund Policy for the full terms.
